The least fun page but the most important. By booking an appointment at Lisa Esthetics you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of these terms.

No show/Cancellation Policy:

We get it, things happen! We respect your time and kindly ask you respect ours as well. As an appointment only business, we reserve the time you book exclusively for you. We ask that you make any changes or cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Any changes made less than that or if you no show your appointment, you will be charged a 30% of your service to the credit card you put on file when booking. Failure to pay the fee and you will be terminated from future booking.

Late Policy:

Please call or text us if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to take you at that time, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment and charge 30% of your service fee for missing your appointment.

Product return/exchange policy:

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased at Lisa Esthetics. All sales are final. In the event of a proven reaction please contact us directly within 5 days of purchase.
